Timothy St Ather

Tim is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a HR management background in industry. He has an MBA, is a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and was Principal Adviser to ACAS. Currently working on a major project with Havant Council but has a wide variety of successful training and consultancy projects behind him. Highly experienced in support for senior staff members, management development, change management, and building high performance teams. His specialism is psychometric assessment.
