Patrick Sullivan

Patrick pursued a career in accounting and sales and later became Head of Personnel at Lufthansa. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Member of The Institute of Directors and the Association of Management  Education and Development. He has sat on a number of boards including Merton Chamber of Commerce and chaired that of Business Link London South West. He was Deputy Chairman of AZTEC - your Training and Enterprise Council. He is an Investors in People Adviser and is dedicated to helping businesses to optimise their people's performance by putting together expert Dukes Court project teams for them. He also is a partner in the Kingston Innovation Center and Cobweb, a business incubator. Nowadays, he focuses on supporting the top people in small businesses by clarifying their goals and then helping them to get the skills and systems in place, both for themselves and their organisations, to achieve their objectives. This includes business planning. He prefers to work with organisations that currently are not running as smoothly as the principals would wish.
