Gareth is a personnel professional with extensive international experience of large companies especially those manufacturing largely agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He specialises in the personnel and human resource field and his track record includes very successful change management projects. He specialises in assessment for selection using psychometrics (personality questionnaires and ability tests) and work simulations (in-trays, group exercises, analysis presentation exercises etc.) for individual selection or assessment centres.
